World's Largest Bigwheel Created by Parker Brothers Choppers

The guys at Parker Brothers Choppers, who brought us the street legal Tron Lightcycles, have done it again. Remember the trike that those of us with Bigwheels were all jealous of, the one that would let you drift and spin out?

Well, the latest cool ride to come out of the Parker Brothers Choppers shop was inspired by the coveted Huffy Green Machine.  They have created a functional motorcycle for grownups.

“We had a Green machine lying around the shop and we figured it would be a cool idea,” said Parker Brothers’ Jeff Halverson. “It rides crazy and is as fast as hell. If it wasn’t for the rear tires we could have had it DOT approved.”

Halverson knows firsthand how fast that bike can go. He had that beast up to 50 mph.  Someone with little fear could really get that puppy up to crazy a** speeds.

The bike is built with an 80 cubic inch Harley Davidson Evo engine, no need to pedal with that power.  The steering is handled by two levers that control the rear wheels. Imagine pulling all the same stunts you did as a kid but at 30 mph.

The team hopes to get Guinness approval for having the world’s largest wheel on a motorcycle trike.  The front wheel measures in at 45 inches.

Unfortunately with all the steering being done by the back wheels, don’t expect it to be available for the streets anytime soon.  The design is not likely to be street legal, but it sure would be fun.
