Patrick Poisson got fresh with a waitress and ended up with a broken nose and two broken ribs. He allegedly slapped the backside of a female employee while visiting the MGM Grand Casino in Detroit.
As he was being escorted out of the casino by the cops, it appears Poisson started talking back and got bopped in the nose and was knocked out cold. (Watch the surveillance video below!)
The officer claims Poisson took the first swing but missed, so the fuzz fired back with his fast fist. However, once he culprit was on the ground, the video shows the cop continuing to pummel Poisson.
Since the waitress didn't want to press charges, and the media got ahold of the videotape, the charges have been dropped. Now Poisson is suing for some monetary compensation and he wants the officer to resign.
