Everyone has been eagerly awaiting Apple's newest product and the day has finally come. The iPad will begin shipping out in about 2 months. I bet they will sell like crazy, just because some people must have the latest and greatest inventions from Apple. But I, for one, am disappointed.
Smaller than a laptop, larger than an iPhone, some critics aren't too impressed either. I always did think the iPhone was too small to watch videos or movies on, but the larger size iPad seems like it would be awkward to transport around. Unless you were carrying your man purse.
And speaking of purses, doesn't the name Apple iPad sound like a fruity scented feminine protection product? Excuse me while I grab my iPad out of my man purse. I think they are taking the "i" theme a little too far.
Will this new Apple creation be the wave of the computerized future? Shell out $499 plus the monthly service fee and find out. I won't.
