In a clumsy attempt to catch a foul ball, a father in Taiwan accidently dropped his toddler daughter into the stadium seats below his own and then yanked her up by the leg. The video isn't in English, but there's no translation needed for the look on his wife's face. Someone's sleeping on the couch (spare futon?) tonight.

A Staten Island, New York man is suing Facebook for $500K for disabling his account.

Mustafa Fteja said his account was disabled without explanation this past September, cutting off his access to his family around the world, as well as to personal memories and photos. “That was how I stayed in touch with people,” said Fteja, who estimated he had about 340 friends when he was inexplicable kicked off the site.

Fteja, 39, says he has pressed the company for months to find out what happened, but the efforts have been fruitless.

“You call, they don’t answer the phone. You write, they don’t reply,” he said – leaving him no choice but to go to court to get what he considers his property back.

Fteja said he’d been using Facebook for about three years, mainly to keep in touch with family in Montenegro, Albania, Germany, and Austria. He found out he’d been cut off on September 24, 2010, when he tried to sign onto the site unsuccessfully. After a few attempts, the site told him his account had been disabled.

The weapon of childhood was the cardboard tube. It was used to beat back the pesky sibling and perhaps even defend one’s self from the sneak attack perpetrated by the best friend. It is the easiest and cheapest tool to have. The tube allowed for the childish imagination to soar, but at a certain age the tubes were abandoned.

Some fun loving adults in the San Francisco Bay area have embraced the art of cardboard tube fighting. They proudly take up the tube for sport. The group has formed the Cardboard Tube Fighting League and the idea has spread to Boston.

Each league holds tournaments and battles throughout the year.

The start of a new American Idol season means watching some real wackos making the judges cringe. Sometimes you get a real crappy singer who is an amazing performer.

General Larry Platt is just that. He created a clever, catchy tune about how absurb it is for young men wearing pants too low on their butts, titled "Pants on the Ground".

In this case, the judges loved it, as do I, and apparently all of America does too since he's gone viral with hundreds of videos uploaded which are getting millions of views.

Simon predicted this song would be a hit. He was right, just like he always thinks he is.
